The deadline for the NCCR AntiResist Fellowship Call 2022 has passed. Applicants will be informed about the decision and further steps by the end of March.
Candidates must hold or expect soon a MSc University degree or equivalent that qualifies them to pursue Doctoral Studies in Switzerland.
The application must include the following documents as PDF files:
- Master’s degree diploma
- Master’s degree transcript
- Bachelor’s degree diploma
- Bachelor’s degree transcript
The application form will further include some questions to elaborate on.
Additionally, a minimum of 2 reference letters must be provided. Reference letters must be requested through the application portal by providing information of at least 2 referees (usually faculty members).
After the application deadline, applications will be evaluated and the Selection Committee will nominate candidates shortlisted for further interviews.
The interview days 2022 will be held on May 16-18, 2022. The interviews will be held online.
After the interview days, candidates will be informed about who is awarded the fellowship.
Selected fellows will start with two mandatory rotations (2-3 months each) through at least two labs with diverse research foci to gain knowledge in at least two of the three main fields of the AntiResist research program (engineering, biology, clinics). At the end of the rotation period, students will draft a research proposal, which they will defend in front of an expert committee. After the rotation period, fellows will start their PhD in the research group of their choice.
