To train the next generation of researchers and clinicians in infectious diseases using novel interdisciplinary approaches, several education and training measures are being offered.
A curated list of recommended courses in the field of engineering, microbiology and clinics gives students an overview of the offer in the different institutions within the consortium. The courses provide basic knowledge in all three main pillars of NCCR AntiResist.
In addition to the basic knowledge provided in the courses, research seminars are organized to discuss the latest advances in the research fields covering all aspects of the NCCR AntiResist program.
As part of the training activities, annual, interdisciplinary boot camps and workshops on antibiotic research for Bachelor and Master students are offered.
NCCR AntiResist will grant fellowships on a competitive basis, which will enable students to join their research group of choice and provide funding for 3 years.
